These Terms of Use govern use of Aurify Dashboard, the website, promo site, and related services. By using the product or creating an account you accept these terms.
This document is prepared with regard to the laws of the Russian Federation, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data.
By installing the extension, visiting the promo site or website, or registering an account you confirm that you have read the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. At registration you must accept the current versions of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the service.
Aurify Dashboard replaces the default new tab with a customizable dashboard with widgets. Without an account the product works locally in your browser: settings, backgrounds, and layout stay on your device. With a free account you get a profile and sign-in across the extension and website. Premium provides access to additional features of the service. Some features (e.g. weather) call our API. What each plan includes may change over time; we may add, change, or limit Premium features.
You must provide accurate information at registration and keep your password confidential. Your login is permanent; email may be linked later. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time; we will remove associated profile data from our servers except where the law requires retention. Local new-tab data remains on your device until you delete it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You must not hack or bypass protections, distribute malware, spam, publish unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, impersonate others, share account credentials, or abuse our infrastructure.
Software, design, and the Aurify Dashboard brand belong to the rights holder. Content you upload (such as background images) remains yours and is stored locally in the browser on your device.
The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted third-party APIs (e.g. WeatherAPI.com for weather, Unsplash for backgrounds) or uninterrupted availability of our API. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
Russian Federation law applies. Disputes are resolved in court after attempting pre-trial resolution (contact ilgizkhuzin13@gmail.com, 30-day response period).
We may update the Terms of Use when features or plans change. Continued use after a new version is published means acceptance unless the law requires otherwise. Registration requires accepting the current document versions.
